Your OS X partition is there, just not booting because it's corrupted. Right click on your battery icon in OS X menu bar for it's status and replace if it says something bad. Low power, dying battery can cause issues in PRAM as it needs power to remember things. Also do a SMC reset as well just in case and plug into a power source. Somehow your firmware doesn't remember you have a OS X partition, search Apple Support for resetting your PRAM. If it does show your OS X partition is alive then it could be a few things. If these below options fail, you use Windows to read the OS X HFS format to grab files to use in Windows (try the free LibreOffice) and optionally install Data Rescue to read the dead partition directly (if it's dead), even if it's not mounting and save the files to either Windows or a external drive. The entire drive will need to be reformatted (everything reinstalled) after data recovery steps are taken if you don't have backups of the data. If it doesn't show your OS X partition, then it's a fried partition map.
